Lil Wayne’s Upcoming Ninth Studio Album, “Tha Carter IV” which was initailly scheduled to be released on June 21st has been pushed back till August 29th!

As I write this post, I can’t stop looking the album art and say to myself “why?”.. “Tha Carter III”‘s album art was somewhat cute but this is puzzling..

Analyzing this album art I noticed the ’87.. which is when Lil Wayne was 5.. Could this mean that he has grown from “Tha Carter III”? Guess we will have to wait till August 29th to determine that.
